Once everyone realized I could buy a car anywhere they cut to the chase and got things done. I can smell greed a mile a way. Something is better than nothing. And I believe everyone walked away happy. The personnel were all extremely likable. They got more out of me than I should have paid but in the end they gave me something too. So good experience.

Darold and Jenifer have been incredible to work with. Dealing with a very complicated warranty company, they both have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have been taken care of. Considering the issues I've been having with my vehicle, it has made me weary of continuing driving a Hyundai. If I were to choose another Hyundai vehicle in the future it would only be because of the care Darold and Jenifer provide their customers. They are honest, client-focused employees and Clay Cooley is lucky to have them.

Cam was my service adviser by default. His co-workers were all late because of traffic. He was awesome!! He answered phone calls patiently and politely. He took care of all the customers in line for service. Again with full attention. He went over and beyond in a challenging situation. He understood the goal of my repair and handled it as if he was an old friend.

The people in service have been very friendly but I have had to fight for some repairs to a car that is NEW. As an employee of Wylie ISD and part of the 'family', I feel like I shouldn't have to fight for or prove that a repair is needed. Or be told that that's not normally covered but will do it for you. After watching my husband have an easy time with any minor thing with Tesla even after the warranty was up, my expectation for customer service is really high

The man that checked me in was filling in for someone else (very nice) and was a bit unclear on pricing. The price he told me was lower than what I actually paid. He told me he would give me a $25 dollar discount but on my bill it was only a $10 discount. He also told me that the tax was included in the amount he quoted, however I was charged a tax amount on top of price quoted. He also did not tell me about a large 'supplies charge'. Service center is great but for some reason clay cooley cannot get Taylor’s phone number correct and keep reverting back to her mothers . Both of us have changed it multiple times but i am still getting her text messages. Please fix this.

They scammed me into buying the car which we agreed on $24k inclusive of all taxes to $35k where all the online documents has my forged signatures where is no mention of the finance company my car is loaned for. None of their documents are clear and detailed about pricing. They didn't let me sign any physical invoice Also the sales guy physically misbehaved with me when he delivered the car to me Now I have to pay a high price of $35k

Came in about a paint issue on our 7yr old sonata and could not have had nicer people help us solve our problem.

They are phenomenal! I live out in the country, no big dealerships nearby. I drove an hour and a half To CC Hyundai of Rockwall. I was very impressed with the selection of vehicles so much it took me all day to decide which one I wanted. I went with a brand new Elantra and love it! Awesome car buying experience!
