The service was great, but passing the 3% charge for using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing. For many of us using a card is the only way we can manage needed repairs, so being penalized on top of that does not lean into a customer for life philosophy.

The Service Manger is amazing but the service tech that was in charge of my cars service was wonderful. His name is Wayne. He’s been my service technician the past two visits and I don’t want to deal with anyone else but him , because he is absolutely the best. Also,Cody in sells is amazing and I always recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

It’s a nice dealership.I feel some of the services like rotation should come in with the free service that Hyundai offers.It becomes really expensive when we have to pay a lot for air filters which is about 12 dols but we pay 5*.

They were clear about my car issues and fixed them. However, when I came to pick up vehicle, we looked under hood and saw that hose hadn't been fixed. I had to wait another day. They did give me a loaner car though, which was very much needed appreciated.

Most of the service advisors are straight forward and easy to work with. The techs all do a great job as well. Usually pretty quick depending on what you need. The new building is super nice as well.
Buying process was straight forward and easy. They respected my dollar amount and worked to make the best deal happen. It took some time to get my car back from detailing but it was Saturday night.
Tyler the salesman was great but decided against the product selected. Received return check of purchase before vehicle ready for delivery.. No problem with the staff encountered but just decided again the SUV. Not sure we ever meet the manager identified in questionnaire. The sales person handling the paperwork for purchase and title was very good. Not sure that we want an Hyundai product in future but dealership okay!
